Admission Arrangements

We know that choosing a school is a big decision for any parent and that the process of school admissions can be confusing.

We hope that the information provided below, outlines some of the basic details and helps to make the process of transition as smooth and seamless as possible for you. We are here to help you as much as we can.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us and ask to speak to our Admissions Officer, Miss Woznicka.

Our arrangements for school admissions are determined by The Good Shepherd Trust. Further information on this process can be found here.

For in year admissions, please contact the school on 01932 227695 and make an appointment to receive a tour of the school.

Dates of upcoming open days for Reception will be available on the home page soon.

All applicants please note:

The Trust reserves the right to withdraw any offer of a place should any details of the application be subsequently found to be incorrect. Please note that when accepting a place you will be required to supply a copy of your child’s birth certificate and proof of address.

Surrey County Council are adopting a fraud service which will investigate cases where addresses are suspected to have been used to gain school admissions incorrectly.

Waiting List

The waiting list is defined and operated directly by the school.

Unsuccessful applicants for Reception will need to contact the school office directly to be included on the waiting list, after places have been offered in April. See the Admissions Policy for full details of this process. A copy of the Waiting List Form is available below:
