After their exciting morning learning all about the building of the new Walton Bridge Year 5 headed off to the Riverhouse Barn where they took part in a graffiti art session alongside a local graffiti artist. The children, yet again, rose to the challenge and produced
some fabulous art work based on an Olympic theme. It was really exciting to be able to work alongside a professional and be creative and expressive in your own right.
Some of the work produced by the children was fabulous; the artist even let them add to, and colour in, some of his work. Below are some photos of the work that Year 5 have done. Other schools and members of the public will add to this work in preparation for an exhibition later in the month.
